I am a Child and Family Psychologist and trained at the University of Canterbury. I have worked in a mental health outpatient service with children, adolescents and their families for the last 5 years. I incorporate elements from developmental, attachment and cognitive theories and trauma informed care. I use a wide range of therapeutic models such as CBT, DBT and Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy. I have a particular interest in working with individuals who have experienced trauma, parent-child relationship difficulties, parenting support, behaviour management, relationship/couples’ therapy and autism spectrum disorders. I am also trained in Triple P, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy and Video Interaction Guidance.
