Who can access your services?
Our services are open to children, young people, adults and whānau across New Zealand. We work with clients at different life-stages and life-situations.
Are you able to assess and work with neuro-diversity issues?
Yes. We offer streamlined neuro-diversity assessments for ADHD and Autism questions alongside our broader mental health work.
What happens if I’m in crisis or need support immediately?

Do you accept referrals from other agencies or self-referrals?
Yes — we accept referrals from GPs, schools, agencies and also see clients who self-refer. We work collaboratively with other services and professionals to support your wellbeing.
