Rachel Anderson, MA (Counselling), PG DipEd (Counselling and Guidance), BPhed (Physical Education), BCom (Commerce)
I’m a warm, client-centred counsellor supporting adolescents, families, and adults. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and grounded in a holistic view of wellbeing. I draw on ACT, Solution-Focused, and Narrative therapies, shaping each session around your unique needs.
I work with people navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, and the impacts of trauma. I offer a safe, non-judgemental space where you can feel heard and supported as you explore your experiences at your own pace. Counselling with me is about understanding yourself, making space for what’s hard, and reconnecting with what matters most.
Growth isn’t always linear. Together, we can gently explore patterns, shift unhelpful narratives, and build practical strategies that support meaningful and lasting change. I’m committed to creating a respectful and inclusive space for people of all genders, sexualities, cultures, neurotypes, abilities, and backgrounds.
