I offer a person-centered approach to counselling working face-to face or on zoom. I provide a non-judgmental, compassionate, safe space for young adults to elderly to explore fears, concerns, or difficulties you may be experiencing in life.

I work with people experiencing anxiety, emotional difficulties, life changing decisions, relationship issues, stress, family issues, health issues, emotional difficulties, and more. I work holistically looking at physical, mental, social, and spiritual health. I use the Internal family Systems model, Motivational Interviewing, and other person-centered approaches including cultural models. I also have experience supporting family/whānau with a loved one with alcohol or other drug misuse, peri-natal support, mindfulness, women's health, and parenting.
