I have predominantly worked in an adult residential setting for several years as a counsellor.
I have recently branched out establishing a small private practice whilst also working alongside youth experiencing difficulties with their Mental Health. My passion is walking alongside people while they achieve their goals utilising a number of evidence based therapeutic models.
I have experience working as a group facilitator, providing group therapy, presenting psycho-education, working with individuals, couples and families.
