I am a Registered Social Worker with broad and extensive experience supporting individuals and whānau with complex and single trauma, mental health/emotional well-being and parenting.

I offer therapeutic support for adults, including but not limited to emotional wellbeing, literacy and regulation, mild to moderate mental health needs, various trauma experiences including sexual and physical assaults and abuse (historic and current), developmental trauma and birth/perinatal trauma. Also offer therapeutic parenting and dyadic work for caregivers, utilising dyadic developmental psychotherapy with a Neurosequential model lens (funded through PCSS)

I provide support to parents and whānau with a neurobiological and attachment lens. Also difficult family dynamics and co-parenting.

I provide advocacy and mentoring and various independent social work services for whānau and professionals/assessments and interventions.
