I am a qualified counsellor, and NZCCA provisional member. I have been providing therapeutic, and well-being services for the past 16 years. I am passionate about holistic well-being with a focus on pain management, which comes from my background in massage therapy.
I work with a pluralistic approach tailoring my counselling sessions to each individual's needs, using Person-Centered, Solution Focus, Internal Family System, Te Whare ta Pa Wha, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
I immigrated from France to New Zealand in 2006 following my passion for skiing and hiking.
