Counsellor

I offer a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and life experiences. Together, we can pave the way for a more meaningful and fulfilling future.

I believe that people are not their problems. Challenges may arise, but they do not define who we are. We are more than our struggles, thoughts, and past experiences.

I deeply value working with people and supporting them on their unique journeys. It is a privilege to hear and hold their stories. Everyone has the potential to grow and make choices that lead to a meaningful life. We are the experts in our own lives and know what fulfilment looks like for us.

I am committed to working in a way that is respectful and safe for people of all genders, sexualities, cultures, neurotypes, abilities, and backgrounds. This means adapting my approach to each individual’s needs, communication styles, and ways of working.

I draw from various theories, particularly Narrative Therapy, Solution Focussed and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), and take a neurodiversity-affirming position in my practice.
