Sally is a Registered Clinical Psychologist and Neuropsychologist who trained at the University of Auckland. She has 17 years experience in adult and older adult mental health settings, private settings and more recently in physical health settings. She also has many years experience carrying out Neuropsychological Assessment and rehabilitation within ACC and private contexts.
Sally has worked with culturally diverse people experiencing a range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, low self esteem, sleep problems, and grief and adjustment issues. Sally also provides clinical supervision.
Sally has recently made a leap of faith and relocated to sunny Nelson with her family. She prioritises warmth, authenticity and pragmatism in her clinical work and use a range of approaches to support this including ACT, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and psychodynamic thinking.
